| For the High-Level Program, students are primarily responsible for contacting foreign universities themselves to obtain an admission letter. Eligible host institutions can be found in the Program Search section of the China Scholarship Council (CSC) website (www.csc.edu.cn). The fields of study cover most majors at our university, and the program types are for PhD Candidates and Joint PhD Candidates. The application period is generally in March of each year, and applications are typically accepted only once per year. |
